INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (Gentoo Linux)
Before iplt can be checked out using the svn command as described in the Installation Instructions page, the following package must be "emerged" in your system using the Portage program:
- subversion
For instruction on how to use Portage to emerge packages, you can refer to the following page:

Before IPLT can be compiled, the system must be updated (instructions can be found on the page linked above) and the following pacakges must be "emerged":
- tiff
- libpng
- scons
- boost
- python
- fftw
- gsl
- doxygen
- wxGTK
- wxpython
- xerces-c
