IPLT Modules
OpenStructure modules used in IPLT
geom: Geometry Class Library, containing vector and matrix functionality
ost.info: Meta Info Class Library, wrapping XML data files
ost.io: Input/Output handling, reading and writing various image file formats
ost.img: Core Image Library, image representation, algorithm base classes, and such
ost.img.alg: Algorithms, actual image manipulation routines
ost.img.gui: Graphical User Interface, data viewer and overlays
IPLT specific modules
iplt: IPLT Core Class Library, containing essential classes for the electron crystallography processing
iplt.gui: IPLT GUI, extending the OpenStructure GUI with electron crystallography specific overlays
iplt.alg: IPLT algorithm module, containing electron crystallography specific algorithms
iplt.proc: High-level Python processing scripts and classes
Red: third party libraries, yellow: OpenStructure modules, green: IPLT modules
