edit_mask: create or edit the beamstop on the given image, or the first valid image if no MASK is given

verify_lattice: displays the found lattice for each dataset, and allows it to be saved as the verified lattice for further processing (this lattice verification is a mandatory step)

view_se: look at the results from the search, find_mask, extract and integrate steps of iplt_diff

view_tilt: look at the results from the tilt step of iplt_diff

edit_mask

Use <Ctrl>+<Shift>+LMB to generate points for a new mask or <CTRL>+LMB to move around points of an existing mask. to accept a new mask press <CTRL>+<A>. the mask can be saved to the project.xml with the "Save Mask" button in the terminal window.

The "Save Verified Lattice" button saves the verified lattice. With "Modify Verified Lattice" the lattice parameters can be edited manually. The lattice can be modified by pressing <CTRL> together with using the mouse as described in the lattice overlay. By activating the mask overlay in the Overlay window and pressing <CTRL>+RMB the mask can be shifted manually. The shift can be saved to the info.xml using the "Save mask shift" button.
