Scaling Reflections
Syntax: iplt_diff scale [-f] [-i MASK] [-v VERB] [-u] REFERENCE.mtz DIRMASK
Apply the scaling algorithm to all images that reside in image directories matching DIRMASK, against the given reference .mtz file. This can either be a single image or a merge from a previous scale-and-merge run. The -u flag will do a unit scaling, in effect copying the input to the output file.
